What does your onboarding process look like for new clients and partners?

For each project, you'll have a single point of contact who's responsible for your assignment. This member of the staff will coordinate with both field and studio personnel, seamlessly overseeing everything up to timely completion. Our team is empowered to be flexible, excel in collaboration, and be proactive in addressing challenging timelines.  

How do you ensure journalistic integrity and avoid bias?

Every assignment is carefully reviewed by the rest of the on-duty staff, not just for accuracy and stylistic merit, but also to look for personal or political bias. We don't even use the AP Style Guide, which is considered an industry standard but is tainted by ideological and political leanings which have no place in fair and accurate reporting. In addition, we aren't affiliated with any political, advocacy or special interest groups. We're a small, independent company that is completely employee owned and operated, and free of corporate overlords.  

Do you create white-label content?

Absolutely. In fact, almost everything we generate over multiple media platforms is created by our company but consumed by another news organizations as if it were their own. This unique approach can save time and resources for the end-user. It's like having extra staff whenever your own team is overwhelmed by the news cycle and can add a fresh perspective for your audience. Our motto sums up this smart business strategy perfectly: "Our content, your news."

Yes, our reporting undergoes a stringent fact-checking process to ensure precision and transparency. We prioritize accuracy in all our content to maintain trustworthiness and clarity for our audience. Additionally, all sources are carefully vetted for credibility and reliability. And don't use anonymous sources, whose motives and ethics are often suspect.
